Passing your motorcycle test is just the start of the learning process.
Here at 1st Gear we do not stop training at that test pass. We offer a range of further training courses which will fulfill all your riding ambitions.
The Driving Standards Agency, Road Safety units, Police forces everywhere and the Motorcycle Industry generally recomend that we all take further training beyond the motorcycle test.

We can offer a top-up corse which will cover things like motorway riding, riding at night and all the aspects of riding which cannot be covered by the pre-test training.
Born-again biker?
Our refresher course will renew your confidence, sharpen your riding skills and give you all the new skills you need to cope with to-days more powerfull bikes and busier roads.
Want to gain a higher riding qualification?
We can train you to a level where you can pass one of the recognised tests offered by ROSPA, IAM and other organisations. This will give you the satisfaction of achieving a recognised advanced riding qualification and, in many cases, a discount on your insurance.
